Wireless Nerds is an authorized Bell dealer located at 3346 Keele St, North York, ON M3J 1R3. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website (https://wirelessnerds.ca) or interact with us in-store.

We do not collect payment information through this website. All transactions are processed in-store through Bell's secure systems.

Analytics & Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in to your member account and remember items in your cart — these are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how visitors use our site through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and approximate location (city level). Meta Pixel collects similar usage data which may be linked to your Facebook or Instagram account on Meta's side if you are signed in to those services. We do not provide your name, email, or phone number to either service.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage Meta tracking preferences through your Facebook ad settings. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized Wireless Nerds staff only.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. When you activate a Bell plan through us, your information is shared with Bell Canada as part of the activation process and is subject to Bell's own privacy policy.

If you reside in Quebec, you have additional rights under An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), including the right to know how your information is collected, used, and shared, and the right to request its transfer in a structured, commonly used technological format (data portability).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
